was created to meet these needs.
We expertly
service the equipment we sell. Both on-location and in-shop
service are available. Our staff has decades of experience in
fine tuning complex, sensitive equipment thoroughly and expertly.
In addition, we provide a Help Desk for problem diagnosis.
We also
offer contract maintenance agreements for scheduled and emergency
service, and, as a further benefit, "no charge" loaner equipment
can be provided to ensure that the system will remain up and
running. Sophisticated audio/video systems are a substantial
investment. Our Service and Maintenance Agreements will help
protect this investment by ensuring optimum performance of your
system.
