 In

often has to serve as a presentation room.
For this type
of environment, audo/video systems are designed to be unobtrusive
when not in use and to maximize the impact of a presentation
Systems typically
include video and data projection with either rear or built-in
electric screen; both voice and program reinforcement, including
sub-woofer and surround-sound; audio teleconferencing control
for lighting, shades, audio volume, power sequencing, projection
screens and lifts, temperature, telephone/fax, personal monitors,
and security.

with the client, consultant and architect in the early design
process to determine the proposed use and to assure that the physical
layout of the room will accommodate the audience as well as the
equipment. Our designers can provide an entire project package,
including engineering, custom fabrication, installation, documentation
(which includes CAD submittals and as-built drawings), staff training,
on-site service, and optional maintenance agreements.
